The Vow is an upcoming romantic drama film directed by Michael Sucsy, starring Rachel McAdams, Channing Tatum, Jeffrey Donovan, Lucas Grabeel, Sam Neill, Scott Speedman and Jessica Lange.
The film is based on a true story about a young woman who loses all recent memory in a car accident and struggles to rebuild her identity. It's based on the book of the same title, which is the story of Kim and Krickitt Carpenter. It is Bernd Eichinger's final film right before his death.
Plot
A newlywed couple recovers from a car accident that puts the wife in a coma. When she wakes up with severe memory loss, her husband endeavors to win her heart again.
